Ingredients

•2 bananas
•8 ounces non fat plain yogurt
•1 1/2 cups skim milk
•1 teaspoon toasted wheat germ

Instruction

In the blender, combine bananas, yogurt, milk, and wheat germ. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into glass and serve immediately
