Chicken Satay This is Malaysian style Chicken Satay. Very simple and an easy recipe, it can be served as an appetizer in any in-house party. It can be either pan grilled or oven grilled to perfection. Served with Peanut Sauce, they are an amazing treat to be relished. Oven Teriyaki Chicken 6 servings : Once you see how easy this dish is to throw together you may never order takeout again! Ingredients : - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs - cut into wide strips 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 3 tbs rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar 2 tsp sesame oil 3 cloves garlic minced 2 tbs cornstarch 2 tbs cold water 2 cups steamed broccoli (optional) Instruction : 1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
