Salmon Bourbon Glaze
Ingredients
•3 tablespoon Brown sugar
•3 tablespoon Bourbon
•2 tablespoon Soy sauce
•1 tablespoon Ginger
•3 cloves Garlic
•1 tablespoon Lime juice
•1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
•1 pound Salmon
•1/4 cup Green onion
•1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
•3 tablespoon Bourbon
•2 tablespoon Soy sauce
•1 tablespoon Ginger
•3 cloves Garlic
•1 tablespoon Lime juice
•1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
•1 pound Salmon
•1/4 cup Green onion
•1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instruction
Combine first 7 ingredients in ziploc bag. Add fish and seal. Marinate for 1.5 hours, turning occasionally.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medhigh heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add fish and marinade to pan - cook fish 4 min per side or until flakes easily with fork. Serve fish with sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
