FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 cup ( 5 ounces ) chocolate-flavored syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate-flavored, almond-flavored or coffee-flavored liqueur
- 2 cups of whipping cream ( heavy cream )
METHOD :
- Beat whipping ( heavy ) cream in a bowl using electric mixture on maximum speed until stiff.
- Fold in chocolate syrup and liqueur.
- Pour whipped ( heavy ) cream mixture in to ungreased pan. ( square 9 x 9 x 2 inches )
- Cover and freeze minimum 04 hours, keep remember no longer than 2 days ( 48 hours )
- Cut in to squares and Serve.
Time : 4 1/4 hours ( with freezing time )
