PIZZA DOGS


INGREDIENTS : 

  • 04-05 medium sliced green onions
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 8 turkey or beef hot dogs
  • 1/2 cup of Pizza sauce 

METHOD : 

  1. Heat gas grill or coals grill.
  2. Grill hot dogs uncovered 5 to 6 inches from medium heat about 15 minutes.
  3. Turn frequently, until hot.
  4. At the same time heat pizza sauce until get hot and keep warm.
Time : 25 minutes ( 15 minutes for grill ) 
8 Servings
