Shrimp Quesadilla

SHRIMP QUESADILLA

INGREDIENTS:


  • 4 flour tortillas ( 9-10 inches diameter) 
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1/4 cup bacon pieces
  • 2 ounces frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed and rinsed
  • 1 cup cheese with jalapeno peppers

METHOD :

  1. Heat 10 inch non-stick skillet over medium-max heat. Place one tortilla on skillet. sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and 1/4 of tomato, shrimp and bacon.
  2. Sprinkle with extra 1/4 cup of cheese. Top with another tortilla.
  3. Cook 1.30 - 2.00 mins or until the bottom is get golden brown. Then, turn and cook 1.30 - 2.00 mins until the bottom is golden browned.
  4. Repeat this 3 or more times with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cut the quesadillas into pieces as you need.
