Apricot - Pork Tenderloin

APRICOT - PORK TENDERLOIN 


INGREDIENTS: 


  • 1 pound of tenderloin sliced pork ( cut into 1/2 slices )
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 
  • Hot cooked rice or noodles
  • 16 ounces of frozen broccoli, cauliflower 

METHOD : 

Heat 12 inched skillet  over high heat.
Add vegetable oil and rotate wok to the coat side.
Add Pork.
Stir-fry 3 - 5 minutes or until no longer pork pink.
Add broccoli mixture, stir-fry 2 minutes.
Stir in apricot preserves and oyster sauce. 
Cook, stir about 25 - 30 seconds until hot.
Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
