BEER-CHEESE DIP
INGREDIENTS:
- One pound - process cheese spread loaf ( cut in to pieces )
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon pepper sauce ( red pepper )
- sliced broccoli
- sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup of regular beer ( or non-alcoholic )
- cashew nuts
DIRECTIONS:
Heat beer and cheese in 3 quart saucepan over medium heat.
Stirring constantly until mixture is smoother is cheese is melted.
Stir in pepper sauce.
Remove cheese mixture to chafing dish.
Keep warm over low heat, serve with vegetables and cashew nuts.
Time: 10 Minutes, 2 Cups
