Chicken with Mustard Sauce

CHICKEN MUSTARD WITH SAUCE


INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons mustard sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of apple juice 
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 
  • Finely chopped one small onion

DIRECTIONS:

In 10 inch skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
Cook chicken breast in butter about 16-20 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken in no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
Remove chicken from the skillet and keep warm.

Add apple juice and chopped onion to the skillet. Heat t boiling, reduce the heat to low.
Stir in heavy cream, mustard and parsley.

Cook over medium heat about 5 minute, stirring frequently.
Add chicken, Heat until hot and, Serve.
