HOMEMADE SAUSAGE AND CHEESE SQUARES
INGREDIENTS :
- 16 smoked refrigerated cocktail sausages
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 can of condensed onions soup ( 10 3/4 ounces )
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 medium chopped bell pepper ( 1 1/2 cups )
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS :
First, Unroll the crescent roll dough.
Place the dough in bottom of ungreased baking dish ( 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches )
Press seams closed. Push dough one inch up sides of rectangular baking dish.
Arrange sausage even on dough and sprinkle with bell pepper and cheese ( 1 cup, shredded )
Combine eggs and soup, beat until well blended. Pour over remaining ingredients on to baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
TO STORE ;
In refrigerator - cover unbaked casserole well and refrigerate for 24 hours , no longer please.
TO COOK ;
form fridge - Oven : About 45 -50 minutes before serving , heat oven to 350 degrees and bake uncovered for 40 - 45 minutes.
If you want to serve now, heat your oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 30 -35 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
