PESTO TURKEY AND PASTA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cups of pesto
- 2 cups of turkey breast, cooked
- 1/2 cup chopped, roasted red bell peppers
- sliced ripe olives and
- 3 cups of uncooked farfalle pasta
METHOD :
In 3-quart saucepan, cook pasta as directed on package label; Drain.
Put and mix turkey breast, cooked pasta, pesto and bell pepper in same saucepan.
Heat over law-heat.
Stirring occasionally until get hot.
Garnish with sliced olives.
Time: 15 -18 minutes
