BEEF PICADILLO



INGREDIENTS : 


  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup medium browned raisins 
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 14 ounces chunky tomatoes 
  • 1 cup canned rinsed and drained black beans

DIRECTIONS :


Cook bell pepper and beef in 12 inch non-stick skillet, over medium heat about 8 to 10 minutes. 
Stirring occasionally until beef is brown. 

Stir in chunky tomatoes, raisins and black beans, reduce heat to low heat.
Cover and simmer 6- 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot.
