GARLIC SHRIMP
This is an amazing flavor combination of garlic and shrimp., So elegant and easy to make in 21 minutes .
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 finely chopped medium garlic cloves
- 1 pound peeled, deveined medium shrimp ( uncooked )
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 medium carrots ( cut into julienne strips )
- Hot cooked rice or noodles
DIRECTIONS:
Heat 12 inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add vegetable oil., rotate wok to coat side.
Add chopped garlic, stir - fry about 1 minute.
Add shrimps., stir - fry about 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm and carrot is crisp - tender.
Stir in cilantro.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Time 21 minutes, 4 Servings
