Brunch - Egg Casserole

Ingredients

•1 box Croutons
•8 ea Eggs
•1 cup Cream
•1 1/2 cup Milk
•2 cup Cheddar
•1 teaspoon Mustard
•1 lb Sausage

Instruction

Pour the box of garlic croutons in a greased 9 x 13 dish. Layer sausage over croutons. Layer cheese over sausage. In large bowl, whisk eggs, mustard, milk and cream. Pour over croutons and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350°F for 45 minutes.
