Mexican Wedding Cookies

Ingredients

•1/2 c Butter or margarine
•2 tb Confectioner's sugar
•1 c Flour
•1 c Pecans, chopped
•1 ts Vanilla

Instruction

Cream together the butter and sugar until light. Add flour, pecans and vanilla. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes to only a light color. Roll in additional confectioners sugar while warm. Let cool, roll again in confectioners sugar.
