Chicken Strawberry Avocado Wonton Cups

Quick and Easy Appetizer that you can personalize to what you like ðŸ¤—

Ingredients
  • - 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • - 1 avocado small diced
  • - 12 wonton wraps (mini muffin tray)
  • - 5/6 small diced strawberries
  • - 1 1/2 tablespoons Goya Cilantro base (optional)
  • - You can also try a light ranch dressing too!
  • - 1 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley
  • - Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Start off by seasoning your chicken breast with salt and pepper, or whatever you like
  2. Bake or grill your chicken until golden brown and juicy
  3. Dice your chicken into small pieces. Set to the side
  4. Spray your mini muffin tray and place the wonton wrapper inside to fit. Set oven to 375 and bake for 3-5 mins (check after 3 mins) should be a light golden crispy texture
  5. Small dice your avocado and strawberries. Also, chop parsley
  6. In a small bowl, Add chicken avocado and strawberry and chopped parsley
  7. Add salt and pepper along with the cilantro base. Gently Toss ingredients. Just enough to coat the ingredients. Add more if needed
  8. Chill filling 30 mins -1 hour. Scoop a small amount into wonton cups. Serve and enjoy!
