Steamed Garlic Chicken With Fried Ginger Sprinkle

A simple and common Chinese food, steamed chicken with garlic and ginger. The authentic taste and smell in the steamer are magical.

Ingredients
  • - 1/2 free range chicken (cut 8)
  • - 3 garlic (chopped)
  • - 2 ginger (grated)
  • - 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • - 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - cucumber (sliced)
Directions
  1. Marinade chicken with garlic, ginger juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and salt, for about 60-90 minutes.
  2. Put the chicken inside the aluminum foil then steam for 30 minutes.
  3. Fry the grated ginger
  4. Shred the chicken when it's cooked, and sprinkle the fried ginger on top. Add cucumber as garnish.
