Steamed Garlic Chicken With Fried Ginger Sprinkle

A simple and common Chinese food, steamed chicken with garlic and ginger. The authentic taste and smell in the steamer are magical.
Ingredients
- - 1/2 free range chicken (cut 8)
- - 3 garlic (chopped)
- - 2 ginger (grated)
- - 2 tbsp soy sauce
- - 1 tbsp sesame oil
- - 1/2 tsp salt
- - cucumber (sliced)
- Marinade chicken with garlic, ginger juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and salt, for about 60-90 minutes.
- Put the chicken inside the aluminum foil then steam for 30 minutes.
- Fry the grated ginger
- Shred the chicken when it's cooked, and sprinkle the fried ginger on top. Add cucumber as garnish.
