In a bowl cream sugar and butter until fluffy and light. Beat an egg and essences.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt, gradually add to the cream mixture. Cover it and put in to the fridge for 1 hour.
On a floured surface roll dough in to 12 -14 in; circle. Transfer to an un-greased 12 in; Pizza Pan. Buildup the edges slightly.
Bake at 350 F for 20 - 22 minutes or until get browned. Cool completely. In a bowl beat confectioners sugar and cheese until getting smooth. Spread over crust. Put an arrange the sliced strawberries on the top.
In a saucepan combine the crushed strawberries, sugar and corn starch until blended. Bring to boil, cook and stir until thickened. Cool slightly and refrigerate until serving.
