How to Make Peach Salsa

PEACH SALSA


INGREDIENTS:



  • 1/4 ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb diced peaches
  • 1 lb diced tomatoes
  • 2 seeded and finely diced jalapenos 
  • 4 ounces seeded, finely diced bell pepper 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice 
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced



DIRECTIONS:

Chop the tomatoes and transfer them to a bowl.
Finely chop seeded bell pepper and jalapenos. Finely chop onion and transfer all vegetables to the bowl. 

Dice the peaches, ( no need to peel ) transfer peaches to the bowl.

Add cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. 
Fold everything together until mixed well and serve.
