Brunch - Country Quiche

Ingredients

•3 cup Hash Browns
•1/4 cup Parmesan
•2 tablespoon Butter
•1 teaspoon Rosemary
•1 teaspoon Salt
•4 ea Egg
•1 1/2 cup Whipping cream
•1 tablespoon Flour
•1 cup Gruyere
•1 ea Green pepper
•4 ounce Ham

Instruction

Saute the green pepper. Combine hash browns, parmesan, 1/2 the butter, spices and salt in a bowl. Press into the bottom and sides of a grease aluminum pie pan. Bake 350F for 20 minutes til brown. Whisk eggs, cream, flour, butter, salt and pepper and green pepper until mixed. Add grated cheese and ham over the hash brown crust, then pour the eggs over the top. Bake 350F for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
