Szechuan Chicken and Pasta

SZECHUAN CHICKEN AND PASTA


INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 1/2 cups of uncooked fusilli pasta
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (cut in to 1 inch pieces )
  • 1 1/2 medium onion, sliced in to thin wedges
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 pound  5 ounces of frozen Szechuan stir-fry mix
  • Vegetables
  • Szechuan sauce and peanuts

METHOD :
Spray 12 inch non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray, Heat over medium heat.
Cook chicken and onion in skillet ( 3 - 5 minutes ) or until the chicken breast get light brown.
Stir in water and heat to boiling. 
Stir in pasta. Cook 8 - 10 minutes,stirring occasionally until pasta is almost tender and keep remember, do not drain.
Stir in sauce packet mix from stir-fry mix until blended well. 
Stir in vegetable.
Cover and cook 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetable are crispy-tender.
Finally, Sprinkle with peanuts from stir-fry mix and serve your loved ones.
